Scope of Service Vane Archetype provides structural revenue diagnostics, revenue architecture advisory, controlled system redesign and optional implementation oversight We do not guarantee revenue outcomes. We provide structural analysis and advisory services. The client maintains final decision-making authority on business strategy.

2. Intellectual Property All proprietary frameworks, diagnostics, and architectural methodologies remain the intellectual property of Vane Archetype. Clients receive usage rights for systems implemented within their organization.

3. Limitation of Liability Vane Archetype architects high-performance environments. However, the clients retain final responsibility for business decisions, legal compliance, and operational execution. Vane Archetype’s role is advisory and architectural.
