1. Scope of Service Vane Archetype provides system architecture, digital infrastructure consulting, and "Done-For-You" integration services. Our role is to design and implement; the client maintains final decision-making authority on business strategy.

2. Affiliate & Partnership Disclosure Vane Archetype maintains strategic partnerships with industry leaders. While we may receive commissions for software recommendations, our primary duty is the performance of your system.

3. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed, the proprietary "Blueprints" and "Knowledge Lab" frameworks remain the intellectual property of Vane Archetype. Clients are granted a permanent license to use the systems implemented within their own organization.

4. Limitation of Liability Vane Archetype architects high-performance environments. However, the client is responsible for the final verification of data accuracy and compliance within their specific legal jurisdiction.
